    A soup spin on shepherd’s pie, with lamb, veggies, and broth in the bowl, topped with bread, cheese, and creamy mashed potatoes

  • Blue Cheese Habanero Penne

    This is one of the spiciest things that I thoroughly enjoyed this much. This pasta is loaded with habaneros, but the cream sauce makes it bearable.

  • Mac and Cheese Soup

    A creamy cheesy soup inspired by mac and cheese, that is very flavorful and rich, and loaded with sausage and veggies!

  • Fried Lasagna

    It seems as though they are always trying to fry something new each year at these fairs. I guess the big one this year was lasagna because multiple friends of mine asked me how I would go about frying lasagna while The Big E was in town. After suggesting a recipe to a few people, I decided to actually try it myself! It came out crazy good. Much better than just a fried ravioli.
