Ramen Dogs
When the first flowers start to bloom and the doors open at Fenway Park, you know it’s finally hot dog season. I love putting new spins on hot dogs, so naturally the idea of ramen as the topping would come to me eventually. At the last minute with these dogs, I decided to sprinkle on some of the ramen seasoning packet and it really brought the whole thing together. The real star though, was the soft boiled egg
Noodles in first, but make sure you toast the buns!
Cabbage, scallions, and that egg.
ramen powder, and finally some sriracha.
Then have someone take a photo of you eating the hot dog. Important step!
These are so good! The salty ramen powder combined with the soft egg yolk and gave these dogs a great ramen vibe.
Serve with a beer of course!
