Star Wars Cheese Balls – BB-8 and a Porg
I had a lot of fun making these cheeseballs shaped like bb-8 and a porg. I realized this might work last week when I saw a cheeseball that looked like a penguin and I started thinking about all sorts to different things I could make. Besides BB and the porg, I also tried to make Jabba but it came out terrible. To make these white but still flavorful, I added cheddar, parmesan, garlic and onion powder, and white pepper to the cheese mixture along with the cream cheese.

Yellow American cheese makes the designs on BB. Olives for the eyes (are they eyes?) black pepper for the gray markings, and chives for the antenna.

Cream cheese, cheddar, parm, garlic and onion powder, and white pepper.

Form the ball and add the circles.

The porg was a little harder because you needed to really sculpt it. The feet are Cheetos.

I added the eyes too close together at first but when I moved them apart it really came alive.

The gray is black pepper and the brown is almond meal. The nose and mouth are more black olive, and the white in front is brushed to make it look more like feathers.

I really love how these came out!
