Five Things to do With Totchos

Totcho Burgers

A few weeks ago I spent an afternoon with Kyle, a.k.a The Vulgar Chef, grilling, hanging, and creating some delicious recipes. I have followed The Vulgar Chef for a while, and we have met in person a couple times because he lives only an hour and a half away from me and very close to where my parents live. It was great to finally get to cook together and I think the recipes we created were a great mashup of both of our styles. Here are the five recipes we created, and you can catch the video of them all at the bottom of the post.

Totcho burger. So good. Avocado, tots, pico, cheese sauce, and jalapenos.

This was the first thing we made and I thought it was going to be my favorite, but instead they just kept getting better.

Totcho Tacos. Or are they totchcos? Ground beef, cheese, guac, tots, pico, cheese sauce, and jalapenos.

Crispy, spicy, and everything else you want and love about a taco. But also with tots.

Totcho Skins. These guys are loaded with tots, cheese, bacon, and scallions. Serve with sour cream.

Make sure you get some big potatoes so you can really load them up. Its almost like totchos with an edible bowl.

The totcho Pizza. Pico and a little tomato sauce, lots and lots of tots, tons of cheese, and jalapenos.

Top with a drizzle of sour cream.

And finally, totcho stuffed shells. A little tomato sauce and ricotta cheese in the cooked pasta shell, then the tots, then pico and lots of cheese. Oh yea, and jalapenos of course.

Cheesy goodness.
