Scallop Ceviche Tacos

cleaned, beard removed, and quartered

Instructions
Mix all the ceviche ingredients with about 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Allow to marinate in the fridge for about 45 minutes.
Mix all the slaw ingredients and allow to sit for a half hour at least before serving
