Ingredients

  • 1 cup fried onion strings store bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pickled or candied jalapenos
  • 1/2 pound thin sliced roast beef

Instructions

  • Toast the onion straws in the broiler for a minute or two if needed (store bought ones might need some browning.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the chives and horseradish.
  • Spread the cream cheese mix on the bottom buns and add the cheese, more cream cheese, and then jalapeno in a single layer. Top with roast beef, then add more jalapenos and more cream cheese spread. Top with the onions. and the top bread and serve.
