Jalapeno Popper Roast Beef Sandwich
A roast beef sandwich with a cream cheese spread, fried onions, and roasted jalapenos.

- 1 cup fried onion strings store bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 brioche buns
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pickled or candied jalapenos
- 1/2 pound thin sliced roast beef
Toast the onion straws in the broiler for a minute or two if needed (store bought ones might need some browning.
Mix the cream cheese with the chives and horseradish.
Spread the cream cheese mix on the bottom buns and add the cheese, more cream cheese, and then jalapeno in a single layer. Top with roast beef, then add more jalapenos and more cream cheese spread. Top with the onions. and the top bread and serve.
