Mix the above ingredients in a food processor. The sauce is VERY spicy. it is delicious as a hot sauce or salsa, but works great as a crust for this ham. If you want it less spicy, take out some of the seeds. Poke some holes in your ham and top with this sauce. Let it sit with the sauce on it in the fridge for a few hours. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. remove from oven and baste the ham with the juices and any chunks of salsa that has fallen off. Turn the oven up to 325 and cook 2 more hours until hot through
