Arancini Sushi
Little balls of sushi rice, fried and topped with raw fish.

Servings: 12 bites
- 1/2 batch sushi rice
- panko breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
- 12 slices pieces of fish
- wasabi
- scallions
- sriracha
When the rice is ready, roll into small golf ball sized balls
Roll the balls in panko, and fry at 350 for about 2 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove from oil and allow to rest 5 minutes. Cut in half and allow to rest and cool another 10 minutes.
Top with raw fish of your choice, wasabi, sriracha, and scallions
