Arancini Sushi

Little balls of sushi rice, fried and topped with raw fish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 batch sushi rice
  • panko breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  • 12 slices pieces of fish
  • wasabi
  • scallions
  • sriracha

Instructions

  • When the rice is ready, roll into small golf ball sized balls
  • Roll the balls in panko, and fry at 350 for about 2 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from oil and allow to rest 5 minutes. Cut in half and allow to rest and cool another 10 minutes.
  • Top with raw fish of your choice, wasabi, sriracha, and scallions
