Habanero Pineapple Infused Negroni Spritz
A negroni that has been infused with fresh habanero, dried pineapple, and dried orange, served over ice with soda.

Infuse
- 1.5 cups gin
- 1 cup campari
- 3/4 cup sweet vermouth
- 2 rings dried pineapple
- 1 habanero sliced and seeds removed
- 1 slice dried orange
Finish
- simple syrup
- soda water
- ice
- dried pineapple and orange
Mix the gin, campari, and vermouth in an infuser and add the orange, pineapple, and habanero to the infusion chamber.
Allow to sit at room temperature for a few days or up to a week.
When ready to use, fill a glass with ice and add about 1/3 cup of the alcohol mixture to the glass. Add in a splash of simple syrup. Fill with soda water, then garnish with the dried fruit.
