Crispy Filet Tostatas

Crispy Fishless Filets served on a tostada with guac, slaw, crema, and hot sauce.

Ingredients

  • 7 corn tortillas
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 package Gardein Fishless Filets
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 limes
  • 1 cup shredded green cabage
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 5 sprigs cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Cut the tortillas into 3 inch rounds and brush them with vegetable oil. Preheat the air fryer to 450.
  • Put the tortillas into the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
  • Next, put the fishless filets into the air fryer and cook them 10 minutes, flipping half way through.
  • Meanwhile, mix the avocado in a bowl with the garlic and juice from one of the limes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the cabbages with the carrot and add in half the mayo and hot sauce. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the sour cream with the rest of the mayo and juice from the other lime. Stir to combine and set aside.
  • Place all the tortillas on a platter. Top with a scoop of guac, then top with the fishless filets, then the slaw. Top with some crema, hot sauce, and the chopped cilantro. Serve.
