Cut the tortillas into 3 inch rounds and brush them with vegetable oil. Preheat the air fryer to 450.
Put the tortillas into the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
Next, put the fishless filets into the air fryer and cook them 10 minutes, flipping half way through.
Meanwhile, mix the avocado in a bowl with the garlic and juice from one of the limes. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the cabbages with the carrot and add in half the mayo and hot sauce. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sour cream with the rest of the mayo and juice from the other lime. Stir to combine and set aside.
Place all the tortillas on a platter. Top with a scoop of guac, then top with the fishless filets, then the slaw. Top with some crema, hot sauce, and the chopped cilantro. Serve.
