Clam Chowder Tots

Tater tots topped with a creamy clam chowder, bacon, and scallions.

  • 1 32 ounce bag tater tots
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 can Snow’s® Condensed Clam Chowder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scallion sliced


  • Serves 4 people as a hearty snack or appetizer
  • Preheat oven to 450. Spread the tots on a sheet tray and toss with some oil and salt. Cook about 25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  • Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Remove from pan, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.
  • Add the clam chowder to the pan along with the milk. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Heat about 2 minutes, and remove from heat.
  • Crumble the bacon and set aside.
  • Pile up the tater tots on a platter and pour the chowder on top.
  • Top with the bacon and scallions. Serve with forks!
