Clam Chowder Tots
Tater tots topped with a creamy clam chowder, bacon, and scallions.
Servings: 4 people
- 1 32 ounce bag tater tots
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 can Snow’s® Condensed Clam Chowder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scallion sliced
Serves 4 people as a hearty snack or appetizer
Preheat oven to 450. Spread the tots on a sheet tray and toss with some oil and salt. Cook about 25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Remove from pan, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.
Add the clam chowder to the pan along with the milk. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Heat about 2 minutes, and remove from heat.
Crumble the bacon and set aside.
Pile up the tater tots on a platter and pour the chowder on top.
Top with the bacon and scallions. Serve with forks!
