You guys have blenders right? I know when I was in college, every year at least one of my roommates brought a blender based on a plan to have frozen margaritas flowing in our room every weekend. Then one day we made frozen margaritas and realized that unless you really know what you are doing they aren’t that good, too much work, and way too much mess. The blender would sit in the cabinet unused for the rest of the year. Well today is that blenders lucky day! Dust it off and get it to work on this simple enchilada sauce, and just take shots of the tequilla.
