Spicy BBQ Pork Habanero Meatballs
For: 4 Sandwiches
- 1 Pound Ground Pork
- 3 Habaneros (No Seeds)
- 2 Inch Cube Feta
- 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Clove Garlic Grated
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- Salt and Pepper
- Tomato Sauce
- BBQ Sauce
- Cole Slaw
- Bulkie Rolls
Instructions
- Mix the meatball ingredients. Form the balls. Broil them about 5 minutes a side to brown. Toss into a frying pan with 50/50 tomato sauce and BBQ sauce (both of mine happened to be homemade, chumps). Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve on a bulkie roll with a simple coleslaw.
