Simple Marinara

For:  3 Cups

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 28 Ounces Canned Crushed Tomato
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Pecorino Romano

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the oregano, salt, pepper, and stir to combine. Add the tomatoes and stir in the cheese. Cook 10 minutes.
