Pulled Pork Cheeseburger Sliders with Pineapple and Jalapeno
February 6, 2017

I am excited to be part of the first ever Curly’s BBQ Showdown and be up against 13 great bloggers for the best gameday recipe. For my entry, I made these sliders that are huge. I am wondering, though, are they huge sliders or small burgers? They are topped with Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Alabama Style Pork Belly, and two of my favorite things to eat with pork belly - jalapenos and pineapple. They are sweet, spicy, and super savory, which is the exact balance I am looking for in a snack while I am watching a game.
