Potato Salad Topped Burgers

Recipe Sponsored by ALDI

Tailgating season is finally upon us! There is going to be so much tailgating going on here in the next few months that I could rebrand to tailgating in my beard.

I am really excited to be working with ALDI because I can grab everything I need for a good tailgate there at unbeatable prices! It’s always tricky to decide what to make ahead vs make on site vs buy store bought, and ALDI has options for all levels.

I wanted to top these burgers with a classic tailgate side dish and ALDI had literally every possible option for different potato salads. I went with the mustard style because it is the kind I always grew up with, but the loaded version would be awesome too.

This was the full tailgate spread and to be honest, I wanted to put everything on top of the burgers but had to restrain myself. Everything you see here came from ALDI including the Outdoor Blanket that’s available in stores for a limited time starting 8/28 I went with munster cheese which is my sliced cheese of choice these days, then topped them with the potato salad and spicy pickles. These were so good! I want to know though, what classic side dish would you put on a burger? Baked beans? Pasta salad? Watermelon feta? Simply Nature Organic 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef really made the burger patty flavorful and juicy! Happy Place! Use this link to find an ALDI near you!
