Skirt Steak and Chimichurri Pizza

I was craving pizza big time this week and I had to do something about it. This pizza with chimichurri as the sauce has been on my to-do list for probably about a year, and believe me it was worth the wait. Herby, garlicy, and loaded with olive oil, the chimichurri was a perfect fit on this pizza.
Flank steak on the grill. Chimichuri loaded on the dough This pizza was 3 out of 4 peoples favorite of the night. The first pizzas I made in my new place were a sucess. Hope everyone is stocked up and ready to enjoy the storm! Have a good weekend!
