Simple Marinara
For: 3 Cups
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 28 Ounces Canned Crushed Tomato
- Salt and Pepper
- Pecorino Romano
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the oregano, salt, pepper, and stir to combine. Add the tomatoes and stir in the cheese. Cook 10 minutes.
