Pulled Pork Cheeseburger Sliders with Pineapple and Jalapeno

This post is sponsored by Curly’s RoadTrip Eats.

I am excited to be part of the first ever Curly’s BBQ Showdown and be up against 13 great bloggers for the best gameday recipe. For my entry, I made these sliders that are huge. I am wondering, though, are they huge sliders or small burgers? They are topped with Curly’s RoadTrip Eats Alabama Style Pork Belly, and two of my favorite things to eat with pork belly - jalapenos and pineapple. They are sweet, spicy, and super savory, which is the exact balance I am looking for in a snack while I am watching a game.
Grill the pineapple to get those perfect grill marks. Grill the burgers to a perfect medium temperature and top with cheese. Finding the right size buns is important. A dab of mayo on the bottom bun and then put the burger on there. The pork goes next. Pineapple and jalapeno, and then the top bun. These things don't need anything else for sauce because they are crazy juicy and bursting with flavor. What they do need though is a nice cold beer served alongside. Make these for your next tailgate or party and you and your guests won't be disappointed. You can find Curly’s RoadTrip Eats in the refrigerated section at your grocery store. Remember to vote for my recipe and you can get a chance to win a trip to Pheonix for big game on April 3rd!
