Chicken Meatballs with Rice, Tomatoes, and a Fried Egg

To all my friends and relatives: I'm not ignoring you because I hate you. I am in fact really really busy at work with limited access to email. Seriously, some people are starting to get mad at me. I'm sorry! Things will get back to normal soon I think. Luckily, I have friends who are helping me out. After a long day at work last week I came home exhausted and was surprised to find a whole meal cooked and photographed for me! Rich and Mandi worked together on this tasty combo of Italian, Asian, and American flavors that really hit the spot after a 12 hour shift.
The tomatoes and broccoli get a quick roast in the oven.
Broil the meatballs on both sides until browned and cooked through.
Mandi always wants to "put an egg on it". These eggs are fried with some garlic chips. mmmm.
The garlic chips are a perfect garnish to take this meal from good to great.
Some mozzarella balls also garnish. Mandi likes everything to be the same shape on the plate.
Hearty and filling. After this I went to sleep.
The meatballs were chicken garlic, onion, parsley, wet bread, and an egg. Broil about 7-10 minutes a side. Roasted tomatoes and broccoli, some mozzarella balls, rice, and a fried egg round out the meal, and some fried garlic chips to garnish. Did I miss anything you guys?
