No really, kimchi in a food processor and done. Some quick sauteed peppers and onions, and chddar and jack cheeses. Roll it up. I made two huge calzones and we all ate for days. It was just as good leftover as it was that night, as long as you heat it up in the toaster or oven and not the microwave. For the recipe, you can refer to the Tablespoon post. I just used store bought pizza dough on this one, and the sauce really was kimchi in the blender. If it's too thick, add a splash of vinegar to loosen it up.
