Whether it's hosting a pizza party for 40 people, or just popping a few pies in the oven for you and a loved one, pizza is easily one of my favorite things to make and eat. Totally agree about the salami. The first time I had salami on a pizza it was like, Eureka! Why don't they offer it everywhere? I like to plop some ricotta along with the arugula to balance it all out with creamy goodness.
