Honey Nut Cereal Milk Ice Cream

Cereal milk is my favorite way to make ice cream lately. This Cheerios version I made for Tablespoon was actually the best ice cream I've made in awhile! It's easy too - no custard involved. Omar comin!

Cheerio brittle. CHEERIO. BRITTLE. WHY HAVE I NEVER THOUGHT TO DO THIS BEFORE?!!

They ain't got Honey NUT?! Unforgivable.

thumbs up richie's comment. nothin like a gay gangsta right? :)~

This looks awesome.

My favorite kind of ice cream is actually Grape Nut. It's a hard vanilla with slightly softened grape nuts in it. It is soooo good. I've only been able to find it at one place in NH and one place in Boston. I don't have a big sweet tooth but sometimes I crave this ice cream. I'll go to the store and buy some vanilla, let it melt a bit, stir a bunch of grape nuts in, let it melt some more (to soften them up) and then throw it back in the freezer. Delish!

Ok...WOW. That looks REALLY good. I have a couple of crazy food combos on my site, but I really never thought of Cheerios in any kind of frozen dessert.

Omar comin y'all!
