These guys have been in my fridge all week and it's been pretty awesome just grabbing one anytime I need a sweet break in my day. They have the perfect level of peanut butter with just a slight kick at the end. Make this Spicy Peanut Butter Carmel Fudge this weekend and you won't regret it.

Just one question...I don't have a candy thermometer..is there a certain way the sugar mixture looks when it hits 240? Will this come out crappy if the sugar doesn't hit exactly that temp? I feel like this will be a fun weekend project.
Also, I LOVE this site...it's always a happy day when a new recipe gets posted :)Thanks for all the inspiration!
Anita-
I highly suggest a thermometer. I have gotten lucky in the past with candy temps, but it's no fun to make these and then wait a few hours for them to set only to find that they haven't set at all.
I got a good candy thermometer for 10 bucks at target.
What a delicious little treat! I've got to get a candy thermometer, if only just to make these!
