Great idea! I will try this recipe on Sunday!

I cooked these Sunday, they are the bomb. I had to substitute Thai Red Chili Sauce for the Gochujang, as I couldn't find it in my East Texas home town. To say the least, these sliders were loved by all and will definitely make them again! Thank you for sharing.
