Habanana Peanut Satay

This idea came from when I was eating really healthy last month and trying to blend things with peanuts in the food processor. Ever since elvis, everyone has known that peanuts plus bananas equals delicious, so why not blend them up together and see what happens?

This is the extent of the recipe. Pop everything into the food processor and give it a spin.

These were awesome! The banana gave a nice sweetness to the salty teriyaki chicken.

The sauce is one banana, a cup of peanuts, handful of cilantro, 2 habaneros, 1 clove of garlic, a can of coconut milk, and ΒΌ cup soy sauce. Blend it real good in the food processor. salt is assumed. I used the teriyaki marinade from this recipe.

This is amazing! I am really enjoying your blog.

Yummm....love this sauce! I'd not have thought to add in a banana! I've been browsing through your site; lots of wonderful recipes, I like your style!!

Yum. A bit salty, but really good.
Could use a bit more moisture, but still awesome.
