I first saw this idea on Simply Recipes, and was a mixture of intrigued, and grossed out. When I made my own version last week however, the only feeling I had was satisfaction from eating a delicious meal. These tacos were amazing. Seriously, dude, these tacos are amazing. With the homemade guac and that salsa... oh man.
You should post individual recipes in your stubble section or something, especially the recipe of the Salsa - that Salsa is off-the-hook.
That salsa sounds amazing, I think I will have to give it a try but roast the bananas and habaneros first.
