Every time I see one of your recipes, I decide I have to make it. This is definitely another one getting added to the list.
I made this 2 nights ago and it was fab. It made WAY too much for two people to consume though, so I'll be freezing half of it - but that's totally cool - it'll make good leftovers!
The one thing I would have done differently is left the pita chips off the half I'm going to freeze. but that's my own flub, not yours.
