Bring on the spice! Larb Gai is a spicy Thai dish often served as an appetizer here in the states. This was about a 5.9 on my chile scale (no graphic today cause the post is on tablespoon) but I think I put a few more chiles in than I said to in the recipe. Really tasty, and really easy, I highly suggest everyone to try the Thai Larb Gai recipe I posted on Tablespoon.

it looks like taco meat! my bf and i just got into cooking thai food. (love your thai chili beef recipe!) could we use this recipe to make thai "tacos"? you seem to like food puns and putting your own twist on traditional faire. if you made tacos with this, what would be some thai taco toppings?
thai tacos? Funny that you ask. My family usually eats Larb with big leaves of cabbage "taco style." The flavor is so explosive that I don't think you would need any additional condiments! Eating it with sliced cucumbers and sticky rice is also a norm. Have fun with experimenting!
I always like to make some spice dishes like this. I will definitely try out this one. Its looking very tasty. Thai Larb Gai name only sounds pretty. I would like to do this experiment. Anyways great recipe i think. Rolex Watch
that looks good. I am a big fan of dining. In pennsylvania I try to find the most adventurous places to dine. And there are plenty. Today after i am done with my pennsylvania health insurance i am going to a restaurant on the 32nd floor. it should be awesome
