Lamb Sliders

I have a decent chance of winning my bracket pool this year. For the games this past weekend, I thought it would be a good idea to make snacks for the people I convinced to join my pool so they wouldn't be as mad when I took all of their money. One of the things I cooked were these lamb sliders. At the last minute I realized they would be better on pitas instead of rolls.

I made tzatziki and added onions and tomatoes (image is pre-yogurt). This helped the onions and tomatoes to stay on the sliders.

Pureed onions and mint mixed into the ground lamb.

This is actually called naan at the store, but it is just a softer pita. It doesn't really have an opening in the middle, but it kinda does. Some of these just fell apart, but others I needed to cut with a knife.

These were great.

So small!

The burgers were ground lamb, pureed onion, and mint.

The Tzatziki was garlic, onion, tomato, cucumber, salt, pepper, and yogurt.
