dammit dan, I DO know you but am not quite sure who your vote is going to favor. based on the recipe themselves (rather than prep, techniques, yadda yadda yadda), I'd say either the green curry beef, the enchilada, or the steak with the pineapple, watermelon, avocado, basil and feta salad. how'd I do??

I totally made a pineapple basil mojito while reading this post
6 basil leaves beaten in a pint glass
5 chunks fresh pineapple beaten into the basil
1.5 shot glasses rum
1.5 shot glasses simple syrup
fill cup with ice
top off with soda water
