Pizza Dough – can be bought frozen
Tenderloin steak
Provolone cheese shredded
3 large white onions
Flour
Butter
Milk


Spread dough into rounds on a baking sheet


Cut onions into strips and cook on low heat with salt and pepper for 45 minutes


Salt and pepper steaks and let sit until room temperature.


For the provolone sauce – melt half cup of butter on medium low heat.  Whisk in flour until it forms a nice thick roux.  Add some milk (half cup?) then a cup and a half of shredded provolone.  Mix until smooth.  Add salt and pepper as necessary.


Cook the steaks on the grill until medium.
Bake the dough at 400


Assemble the parts
